What are you worried about?
Think of that thing, or those things. They seem real don't they.
Maybe your job, money, relationship, health, kids, environment, death, whatever it may be let me share something that helps me when I think of my worries and stresses.
250 MILLION YEARS AGO a volcano erupted in Siberia. Well more like a bunch of volcanoes. Siberia, at that time, was rich in coal deposits. So when the lava spread over the plains it burned the coal releasing deadly gasses into our atmosphere. These gases accumulated and covered the earth, destroying the ozone and killing off over 90% of life on earth.
It took the earth 10 MILLION years for earth heal itself. That's one bad cold.
10 million years of darkness, radiation, toxicity and who knows what else.
10 million years of no clean water, no fresh air, poisonous rain and heat, major heat.
This is the point that I love; that event was one of 7 great extinctions on this planet.
7 times life on earth has been drained. Barely any life could survive under conditions of hell and fury 7 times over....
But somehow we did survive.
Or our ancestors did.
You come from a lineage of survival of the toughest times.
What did survive in that black smoke, was essentially the early evolutionary relatives of you.
In your DNA, your make up is of survival. There are roots of such great acts of perseverance that any worry or stress that you have today pales in comparison.
We are bred from those survivors.
In fact you could argue that that is humanities greatest strength.
Have faith in your ancestors. They found a way to live, multiply and grow in strength when all odds where against them. When death and collapse surrounded them they procreated.
I love our history, our ancestry, our gifts from the past.
